You have purchased a handmade shirt; sewn, printed and packaged here in Los Angeles. We stand by our garments and assure they were made with the highest quality cottons and long-lasting printing methods.
Our store carries 2 classes of items: Pre-Packaged and On-Demand Products. Each have their own return/exchange policy outlined below.
Pre-Packaged Products
These items are already printed and ready to be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. The products that fall into this category are all of our Limited Edition Longline Tees. Before you order, please check the detailed sizing chart we have provided per each item for proper fitting. That said, we will gladly accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
Exchange Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition. Merchandise that has been washed/damaged will result in automatic cancellation with no eligibility of an exchange or store credit.
Of course, we are human, and if we messed up your order we will accept a return and refund your shipping costs. Re-ship at no charge. Otherwise, shipping charges will be your responsibility.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like a return it please contact us. You may return your item for store credit within 7 days after delivery. We will credit the original purchase price minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an order.
On-Demand Products
These items are basically considered custom orders for us and they’re printed/packaged once you place an order for a specific item. The products that fall into this category are all of our regular shirts, women’s cropped t-shirts and coffee mugs. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders after they have been processed as these items are custom made to order and are automatically sent for fulfillment team once an order is placed. Exchange Policy
You may exchange your unworn and unwashed items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us prior to mailing your order back to initiate the exchange process. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging.
